Requires excellent communications skills, and the ability to successfully interact with customers and the VeraSafe management team.
Will be tasked with handling email and chat support for the first six months of employment. Subsequently you may be asked to handle phone support.
2+ years experience in customer service is preferred. B.S./B.A. is preferred.
